Description
A centrex --more formally known as "Unified Communications as a Service"-- SIP VoIP account
Fields
| csi | The Common Service Identifier of the service |
| formatted_csi | The CSI number using the E.164 format |
| name | Name of this Centrex SIP VoIP account |
| offer_id | The unique identifier of the offer this service is associated to |
| offer_name | The name of the offer this service is associated to |
| commitment_start_date | The date when the commitment to the offer begins |
| status | The status of this service. Can be one of: 'in_service', 'setup_pending', 'suspended', 'cancelled', 'cancellation_pending' |
| blocking_status | The blocking status of this service. Can be one of: 'pending', 'blocked', or null (non-blocked) |
| options | Return the list of commercial options enabled on this service. Can contain one or several of: 'sms', 'crypt', 'supervision', 'iphone' |
| short_number | The short (internal) number associated with this service |
| incoming_acd_calls_allowed | Boolean indicating whether calls coming from an ACD service are distributed |
| presented_number | The presented number using the E.164 format (can be a number e.g. +33123456789, the value "hidden" for anonymous calls or "null" if the original number has not been changed) |
| presented_number_raw | The presented number in a raw format |
